Wir freuen uns sehr, euch wie versprochen ein weiteres tolles Teacher-Team pr\u00e4sentieren zu d\u00fcrfen. Charmant, lustig und u.a. bekannt f\u00fcr ihren Flow „Naked Butt“, werden Frieda & Olli uns in ihre kreative Welt der Flows entf\u00fchren. Au\u00dferdem d\u00fcrft ihr euch auf Drills einstellen. Freut euch auf zwei Lehrer mit sehr viel Workshop-Erfahrung, solide aufgebauten Workshops und Tipps, die so pr\u00e4gnant formuliert werden, dass man sie nie wieder vergisst.
Ihr solltet schon erste Erfahrungen mit Washing Machines haben, das hei\u00dft Klassiker wie z.B. Cork Screw, Ballerina, Ninja Star sitzen weitestgehend.

Auf folgende Workshops d\u00fcrft ihr euch freuen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WS 1: Acro games, F2H in L-Basing (Entrances, exits, drills, variations, transitions)
WS 2: Washing machines
WS 3: H2H in L-basing (Entrances, exits, drills, variations, transitions)
WS 4: Washing Machines

Das Ganze wird mit Thai Massagen und Lunar Acro abgerundet jeweils.

The Teachers (English):<\/strong>

Frieda<\/strong> is often to be found balancing herself upside-down, wrapped around a poledancing pole or just cart-wheeling outdoors. She discovered Acroyoga in 2017 and with it the joy of movement. This brought her as far as to quit her engineering career and start studying again to become a physiotherapist. What she most treasures of acroyoga is the playfulness, spontaneity, community feeling and the laughs when a pose does not look or feel as cool as you\u2019d think. For her it is never time to stop flying but she really enjoys stubbornly practicing her basing skills. She has been organizing Jams and regular Acroyoga events for the acro communities in Mannheim and Heidelberg and offers workshops in her community as well as at various acrobatic events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Olli (Mugge Badscher) <\/strong>started his acro journey in 2016 and really dug into it in 2017 when he started to travel around Europe to different festivals and even more communities. He loves to makes people fly and see the sparkles in their eyes when they for the first time feel like a bird and the inner child comes out. He loves the playfulness, the communication and the trust you have to share in acroyoga. Mostly you can find him on the ground doing all kind of different washing machines, playing with whip-pops and icarians but he also likes to fly from time to time or do handstands. Furthermore he likes to spot stuff where you have to be quick and use ninja-spotting. The workshops he likes to give are mostly spiked with a good mix between sweaty exercises, funny games and creative transitions. Creating a safe and supportive environment is a key element for him. Since 2019 he organizes his own festival near Cologne, the Timeout Acro Festival<\/a>.

Die Lehrer (Deutsch):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frieda<\/strong> findet man oft kopf\u00fcber balancierend am Boden oder auf F\u00fc\u00dfen, um eine Poledance Stange gewickelt oder drau\u00dfen beim Rad Schlagen. AcroYoga hat sie 2017 entdeckt und damit die Freude an der Bewegung. Dies brachte sie soweit, ihre Karriere als Ingenieurin zu beenden und noch einmal zu studieren, um Physiotherapeutin zu werden. Was sie besonders am AcroYoga wertsch\u00e4tzt, ist die Verspieltheit, die Spontaneit\u00e4t, das Gemeinschaftsgef\u00fchl und das gemeinsame Lachen, wenn eine Pose gar nicht so cool aussieht, wie man zuerst dachte. F\u00fcr sie gibt es nicht den Zeitpunkt, mit Fliegen aufzuh\u00f6ren, aber sie genie\u00dft auch hartn\u00e4ckig ihre Base-F\u00e4higkeiten weiter auszubauen. Sie organisiert regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Jams und andere Acro-Events in der Mannheimer Heidelberger Community und bietet sowohl dort wie auch auf verschiedenen Acro Festivals Workshops an. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Olli (Mugge Badscher)<\/strong> begann seine Acro-Reise im Jahr 2016 und ging 2017 richtig in die Vollen, als er begann, durch Europa zu verschiedenen Festivals und Communities zu reisen. Er liebt es, Menschen zum Fliegen zu bringen und das Funkeln in ihren Augen zu sehen, wenn sie sich zum ersten Mal wie ein Vogel f\u00fchlen und das innere Kind zum Vorschein kommt. Ihn begeistert die Verspieltheit, die Kommunikation und das Vertrauen, das man im Acroyoga teilen muss. Meistens findet man ihn auf dem Boden, wo er alle m\u00f6glichen Waschmaschinen macht, mit Whip Pops und Icarians spielt, aber er fliegt auch gerne mal oder \u00fcbt flei\u00dfig Handst\u00e4nde. Au\u00dferdem liebt er es zu spotten, am liebsten Dynamisches, wo man schnell sein und Ninja-Spotting anwenden muss. Die Workshops, die er gerne gibt, sind meist mit einer guten Mischung aus schwei\u00dftreibenden \u00dcbungen und lustigen Spielen gespickt. Eine sichere und unterst\u00fctzende Umgebung zu schaffen und die Tricks langsam und mit gezielten \u00dcbungen aufzubauen, ist f\u00fcr ihn ein Schl\u00fcsselelement. Seit 2019 organisiert er sein eigenes Festival bei K\u00f6ln, das Timeout Acro Festival<\/a>.
